Envelope Address Printing

Print addresses on envelopes correctly every time. The return address goes top-left, the delivery address goes center — this tool places them for you.

Size guide

Tip: add an extra blank line above the delivery address to move it down on the envelope.

Envelope address layout rules

Return address (top-left)

Your return address goes in the top-left corner. It's what the post office uses if the letter can't be delivered.

Delivery address (center)

The delivery address sits in the center, slightly below middle. Keep it on three lines: name, street, then city + state + ZIP.

Whether you print envelopes with addresses or address a single envelope, the same layout rules apply: return address top-left, delivery address center, stamp top-right. For addressed envelope printing at scale, printed address envelopes follow the same placement. Envelopes printed with addresses, printed envelopes with addresses, and envelopes with printed addresses all share this identical layout.
